“The Holiday”

without comments

Final (The Holiday)          Final (The Holiday)                                                The Holiday               Mariah Jenkins

Introduction: This reading is a combination of two monologues, one in the beginning of the movie given from Iris’s point of view about love, and the second at the end about how she can relate to the feeling of being insignificant. The movie is about two women (one being Iris) switching houses for the holiday, in order to temporarily escape the “traumatic” lives they lead at home. Both finding love in the end.
