Poe’s “The Raven”

OK, I love the idea of this blog pulling in famous readings/performances of literature. So, here are two of my favorite readings of Poe’s “The Raven.

The first is by Christopher Lee, and it is impressive:

The second is a bit cheesier, but pulled off beautifully by the great Vincent Price.

It’s all about the gothic figure!
